is a two-day on-site training designed for Project Managers whose company is
deploying Microsoft Project Server. The course assumes basic familiarity with
MS Project and focuses on what's new for managers who will be working with
Project Professional in the Server environment for the first time. The course
is typically delivered to project managers during the pilot or roll-out phase
after configuration has been completed. It is often highly customized to
incorporate client materials and to introduce the settings, policies, and
conventions which the organization has chosen to implement. (2 days)
Project Server for Adminstrators

is a one-day instructor-led class aimed at those who will be responsible for
administering and maintaining the Project Server. The focus is on populating
the Enterprise Resource Pool, implementing a security model, modifying
enterprise settings, editing permission profiles, generating the OLAP cube,
creating Project, Resource and Portfolio views, and performing system
maintenance. This class is targeted at Project Server administrators and PMO
staff who will be involved in changing and customizing Project Server settings
and/or maintaining the Project Server environment. (1 day)
