Open Enrollment Courses Policy

Minimum Attendance

Project Solutions reserves the right to cancel an open enrollment course for any reason. Students will be notified of the cancellation at least one week prior to the class start date. Students enrolled in a cancelled course will be given the option to have their payment refunded or to receive an equivalent credit toward a future public training course.

Student Cancellation

To receive a refund, a minimum of two weeks (14 calendar days) notification is required for students requesting to cancel a course registration.

All cancellations will incur a service fee of 5% of the registration fee. Students canceling will be able to use their registration to:

• Refund minus cancellation fee (5%)
• Register for a later course date
• Transfer the training credit towards a different course with an equivalent value
• Transfer the training credits to a substitute attendee.

All cancellation credits must be used within 6 months of the original course date.

NO refunds will be given to Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days to the class start date.
