SHOP SCHEDULING SYSTEM

Our Shop Scheduling System is designed to help you plan and schedule scientifically and efficiently. It is evaluated extensively before and during its development. The system is developed on-site in a prototype manufacturing development operation environment.  Therefore, the solution is generic enough to be used in any manufacturing and development facilities, but also uniquely tailored to fit your facility’s needs.

This is a system that has the ability of real-time planning, scheduling, operational control, real-time displays of operation status, performance forecasting, as well as actual implementation into a shop floor controller. It allows you to give efficient, timely, and adaptive responses to various daily operation problems including delayed job releases, un-optimized loading sequences, resource overloading, resource disruption, etc. It is not used as a standalone application, but also allows easy seamless intergration with any legacy system that is currently in use.

With our Shop Scheduling System,  you are able to:

  • Create work orders or make decision of placing orders based on the SHOP SCHEDULING SYSTEM-generated comparison among projected future need, inventory and bill of material.
  • Lot split feature allows you to easily split a shop order into multiple smaller orders when you have a customer that wants a large order split into several deliveries over a span of time.
  • Provide an open interface communication channel for each area (Tooling/Fixture, Shop, Component) to send work requests, report/view job progress.
  • Create Routing/Plan easily by using exiting templates or create from scratch.
  • Perform backward scheduling based on the required delivery date.
  • Perform forward scheduling to prioritize and forecast.
  • Perform what-if scenarios to simulate until best-case solution is achieved.
  • Re-schedule operations by re-prioritizing or re-assign alternative resource to the operations to optimize your resources, correct resource problems with late delivery dates or resource overloading
  • Perform forward scheduling to re-calculate schedule and generate the earliest possible delivery date of the job based on the instant variation status.
  • Schedule with different methods depending on the nature of the operations.
  • Develop detailed operation / job schedules.
  • Allocating orders over multiple facilities and scheduling the entire Development and Manufacturing process forward and backward.
