A 2-day, 14 PDU (1.4 CEU) instructor-led program
This program provides the knowledge, tools, and practical
experience for participants to move from an individual contributor to a capable
and confident project leader. The FASTEAMS® system design was distilled from
the best practices of over 750 teams and provides a method for managing
performance at every stage of the project lifecycle. During the program,
participants will master over 20 assessment and correction tools and will apply
them to their real teams. The eleven action learning modules are compiled from
proven project leadership competencies from over 340 corporate cultures. Key
topics include: how to get agreement on roles and ground rules, how and when to
build consensus, how to talk about task and relationship behaviors, and how to
build a team that sees itself as a team.
