This Advanced Microsoft Project course will provide you an understanding of the functionality that many users never have the time to learn nor understand why project is doing what it is doing. We will address resource planning and how to better mange multiple schedules. This course is not for beginners and assumes that you have a basic understanding of how to create and track schedules. We pick up from an already created plan and begin with adding resources and how that will drastically affect your schedule. We will cover the things that will reduce the amount of time you spend using the tool and make you a better project manager.

This class in an intensive, hands-on training course whereby each participant will exercise the functionality on their own laptop to get a hands-on understanding of what it is capable of from expert instructors with real world experience.
